About Us
Project 33 develops men of character.
Project 33 exists to help men build the character they need to lead well in every part of life. Through practical guidance, shared values, accountability, and community, we help men strengthen the foundation beneath the roles they carry.
Fatherhood, marriage, leadership, work, faith, fitness, and service all ask something different of a man. Project 33 starts deeper—with the man himself.
P33 exists for the man who refuses to be half-present, was shaped by their service and grounded in their faith. We live by six values — Honor, Courage, and Commitment from the battlefield; Faith, Family, and Fitness from the home front — because the warrior who held the line out there is the same man his family needs to hold it now. Project 33 is a standard, not a slogan.
To build stronger men who strengthen the people and communities around them.
What We Stand On
Project 33 gets its name from two sets of three values that form a standard for character. Honor, Courage, and Commitment come from the Marine Corps. They define how a man conducts himself: with integrity, the courage to face what is difficult, and the commitment to follow through. Faith, Family, and Fitness define the foundation he builds upon: belief in something greater than himself, responsibility to the people closest to him, and the physical, mental, and emotional capacity to meet what life requires. Together, the six values are not limited to any single role. They shape the man beneath them all—father, husband, leader, professional, friend, and member of his community.
The Sentinel
The steadfast commitment to integrity, responsibility, and respect in all aspects of life, especially in the role of a father. It's about leading by example, showing strength in vulnerability, and prioritizing the well-being and growth of your family. Honor is a value inspired role model that positively impacts the next generation and those around him/her.
CourageThe Vanguard
The strength to act despite fear and doubt, fueled by the love and responsibility for others. For fathers', courage is the ability to face challenges head-on, knowing that your actions will shape your family. It's staying strong in moments of uncertainty, providing comfort and assurance even when you have doubts. Be a shield!
CommitmentThe Relentless
Dedicating your time, effort, and love to create something that will stand strong through every storm. As a father commitment means being present (physically and emotionally) through the challenges and joys of parenting, always putting in the work to nurture and support your children, no matter what. Be their wall!
FaithThe Cornerstone
Belief in something greater than yourself and trusting in its reliability, even when you can't see it clearly. Faith is the bedrock upon which you build your life, guiding you through challenges and uncertainties. In the role of a father it's the unwavering support, in times of joy and trial alike, you provide your children, by giving them safety, security and purpose. You are their anchor!
FamilyThe Anchor
A team that is stronger together than apart because of their bonds and mutual respect, forged by shared experiences and being there for one another, through thick and thin. Family is our foundational core value, providing support and structure to the others. A father is also the foundation rock for his family, providing unwavering support, love and encouragement. Without it, we would all be lost. Be the rock foundation for your family!
FitnessThe Forged
The strength, endurance, emotionally resiliency and mental acuity to navigate the challenges and joys of each day. For fathers it's the ability to handle the physical, emotional, and mental demands of fatherhood by being strong, healthy, and present for your family every day.
